Seeing the Badlands

Visiting the Badlands was like stepping into another world. The striking landscape, with its rugged cliffs and colorful rock formations, took my breath away. I spent hours hiking the trails, marveling at the unique geological features, and enjoying the panoramic views. Each turn revealed a new perspective, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of wonder at nature’s artistry.

Feeding Burrows

One of the most delightful moments of my trip was feeding the burros at Custer State Park. These friendly animals approached me with curious eyes and soft noses, eagerly munching on the treats I had brought along. It was a joy to interact with them, and I loved their playful antics. They truly made my visit to the park even more memorable.

Going to Wall Drug

A stop at Wall Drug was a must-do on my itinerary. This quirky roadside attraction had everything from souvenirs to delicious homemade donuts. I loved exploring the various shops and displays, soaking in the fun, old-west atmosphere. The iconic signs leading to Wall Drug were a part of the adventure, and I couldn’t resist snapping a few photos to capture the experience.
